Jennifer founded Illume Business Advisory to bring her broad business experience to select assignments involving important business initiatives and meaningful change.

Jennifer brings more than two decades of business experience gained from multiple perspectives—as a consultant, corporate leader, entrepreneur and business owner. Over the course of her career, she has advised organizations, led teams, and acquired, built and sold businesses, giving her experience from both sides of a transaction. That breadth of experience has shaped a practical understanding of how organizations work and how decisions, people and execution come together during periods of change.

Through Illume, Jennifer works directly with business owners and leadership teams on select, well-defined assignments and initiatives where experienced judgment, focused attention and practical involvement can help move important work forward. Engagements are typically discrete projects spanning a few weeks to several months.

Based in British Columbia, Jennifer works with clients throughout Canada and beyond. She holds an Honours BA from the University of Calgary and the International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert (IM&A) designation.
